MyBlogLog – Shoestring Web 2.0 Success Story - in this interesting blog post, Tom Evslin provides his analysis of the MyBlogLog story and its route to success. In a nutshell, Tom feels that a key reason for MyBlogLog's ability to get itself viral marketed was because of their method of providing users with a valuable service (blog statistics), building a loyal base of users that way, and then expanding this user base into a social networking platform.
